The Venturist™ is a sturdy yet refined tool watch for those who dare to venture. Mechanical, Automatic, Swiss Made. Observatoire Chronométrique+ certified on chronometry, ‘on-the-wrist’ performance, water resistance, anti-magnetism and power reserve.
Ideal for everyday use or under rugged conditions, the Venturist’s case is made of high quality 316L stainless steel, measures 41 mm in diameter, the sweet spot of case sizes, and sits only 10,5 mm high. The case has a polished case band and faceted lugs. Both the slim bezel and the top of the lugs have a satin brush finish to gain minimal attention.
The legibility of the matte black dial, as seen through a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, is excellent in both day and night, with Super-LumiNova BGW9 pigment on all Rhodium platedRhodium is a rare and precious element that can be 10 to 25 times more expensive than gold. Rhodium is a member of the platinum group of metals and is silver-hued, highly reflective and does not tarnish or corrode. It is harder than gold and is highly durable. hands and hand-applied hour markers. As the name suggests the Super-Luminova phosphorescent pigment emits a blue-green glow by night and is white in daylight conditions.
The Venturist comes with a Genuine Shell Cordovan leather strap and a black NATO strap.

Investments conditions

Lebois & Co Venturist Investor Package (watch + 25 depositary receipts for shares)
For a limited time, the Venturist is available as part of a unique proposition that allows to purchase the watch along with depositary receipts for sharesA depositary receipt for shares is a special type of share in a (Dutch) company. It is a way of separating the controlling rights (voting rights) conferred by those shares from the economic interests (dividend and value development) they represent. Depositary receipts are connected to shares (and track their value). In The Netherlands, usually a foundation, being the (legal) shareholder, assigns depositary receipts of shares it holds. of the company (25 depositary receipts for shares, representing an investment of € 1,000). The included level 2 investment entitles you to a discount of 40% off retail price on all watches*.

Exemption from AFM prospectus and permit requirement
We do not need a license and a prospectus from the regulator for the AFM (Dutch Financial Markets Authority) to issue the depositary receipts for shares. We have an exemption based on the fact that the total value of the depositary receipts for shares remains below € 5,000,000. The AFM therefore does not supervise our depositary receipts for shares activities. We are obliged to report this by means of the below AFM banner. We have an information document available for potential investors with all necessary information, which can be requested via our contact form. The information document is sent digitally.
