Vintage Charm Meets Modern Functionality
Lebois & Co’s Swiss Made heritage inspired hand-wound column-wheel chronograph
The Heritage Chronograph’s dials are a true work of art, with a range of intricate details that pay tribute to the brand’s heritage. Adorned with hand-applied hour markers, the exquisitely executed salmon, cream, or off-white dials feature two sub-dials that display the small seconds and chronograph minutes and a centrally located chronograph seconds hand. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial.
Overall, the Lebois & Co Heritage Chronograph is a watch that combines style, sophistication, and precision in one beautiful package. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a newcomer to the world of fine watches, the Heritage Chronograph is sure to impress.
In Collaboration…
…with watch lovers around the world
The Heritage Chronograph came together through our joint design effort called CoLAB. Over the course of several months, Lebois & Co fans voted for their favourite looks, in four stages. Their expertise, creativity, and tastes ultimately decided the looks of this watch.
In the first stage, the CoLAB community reviewed shapes and ideas that would spark inspiration for the Heritage Chronograph. The salmon-coloured dial with raised golden indexes proved to be the most popular, followed by the cream dial and off-white sector dial. A clear majority voted for the more costly but more durable column-wheel movement.
The second stage was devoted to finding a fitting caseback and dial details, while stage three saw the first renders of the final product presented.
Finally, in step four, we reviewed the first prototypes, and after some minor last-minute adjustments, the Heritage Chronograph was ready.
Movement
Flagships need strong engines
Our Caliber LC-450 is a hand-wound column wheel chronograph movement, boasting a whopping 60 hours of power reserve. It is developed and made by Manufacture La Joux-Perret S.A. in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
And hasn’t the movement come out just gorgeous? We could look at it all day, through the exhibition caseback on the back of the watch. The blue column wheel with polished column tops and the blue, polished screws with white slots contrast beautifully with the Geneva stripes (Côtes de Genève), and circular graining (perlage). To optimise accuracy for several orientations, each movement is adjusted to 5 positions (CH, FH, 3H, 6H, 9H).

Salmon & Gold
Ref 324.478
US$ 2695
The salmon dial with gold indexes was by far the most popular ‘inspiration’ choice of all the vintage Lebois & Co chronographs we pre-selected for Step 1 of our CoLAB project. And rightly so; the mix between a circular brush finish for the tachymeter, telemeter, and minuterie scales, and sandblasted finishing in the middle of the dial, makes sure this salmon-coloured dial exudes richness and class.

Cream Dial with Multicolored Scales
Ref 324.497
US$ 2695
With its multicoloured scales (tachymeter, telemeter, and minuterie), this watch most closely resembles the auctioned watch at Christie’s that inspired Lebois & Co’s revival. Coaxed by his wife Eveline, Tom stuck a picture of it on their fridge. He proceeded to buy not just the watch, but the whole brand.
The thin sandblasted dial is perfectly balanced against the silver polished subdials and blue and black hands. Ref 324.497 features a step bezel case on a Charcoal Black suede strap.
Silver Opalin & Sun Brushed Sector
Ref 324.442
US$ 2695
We discovered the original 1940s version of this watch via the Instagram account of @bench.03 and later at Bulang & Sons. It inspired us to incorporate it into the CoLAB project. The result is a beautiful two-tone silver; sunbrushed and light silver opalin dial, with black sector print and blue tachymeter scale and all blue hands. Modest at first glance, this watch will reveal its sophistication when given a closer look.

Salmon Pulsation
Ref 324.472
US$ 2695
The ‘Gradue Pour 30 Pulsations’ pulsation dial was a surprising outcome of CoLAB. Initially proposed as white/silver or black dial with lume dots, the community recommended this warm salmon-coloured dial with metal dots.
In this dial, we echoed the azurage pattern of the Avantgarde and Venturist behind the indexes. We took inspiration for the hands from watches 2, 8 and 9 from the first step of the Heritage Chronograph CoLAB project.

Black and Gold
Ref 324.406
US$ 2695
Our latest Heritage Chronograph interpretation draws inspiration from our history with gilt dials. In 2018, we found a Lebois & Co at an auction in Monaco. It had Breguet numerals on a white dial. Our designer Matthieu Allègre redrew them, and placed them on a black background.
