Venturist™ Investor Package
For a limited time, Lebois & Co offers the Venturist in an investor package along with depositary receipts for shares A depositary receipt for shares is a special type of share in a (Dutch) company. It is a way of separating the controlling rights (voting rights) conferred by those shares from the economic interests (dividend and value development) they represent. Depositary receipts are connected to shares (and track their value). In The Netherlands, usually a foundation, being the (legal) shareholder, assigns depositary receipts of shares it holds. of the company (25 depositary receipts for shares, representing an investment of € 1,000).
Venturist timepieces that are bought with the investor package will be manufactured in a first batch and have a unique hallmark on the case back.
